Role Summary
The Prestige Banker is responsible for selling products and servicing customer needs both proactively and reactively. The role holder must meet service and sales targets, manage customer relationships, and support operations in the Moshi branch and other nearby branches when needed. This role requires a results-driven individual who is committed to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service (95%)
- Open accounts: current, savings, loans, cards, etc.
- Provide face-to-face customer service to set standards
- Proactively build and maintain client relationships
- Identify and cross-sell suitable bank products
- Conduct outbound marketing, campaigns, and promotions
- Assist in form completion and refer to specialists when needed
- Monitor branch displays, cleanliness, and general appearance
- Achieve weekly/monthly service and sales targets
- Ensure smooth onboarding and deepen customer relationships
Business Management & Risk (5%)
- Maintain accurate sales statistics and progress reporting
- Comply with Absa's Operational Risk Framework and internal standards
- Identify and report risk events or incidents
- Participate in risk awareness and training sessions

Education
Minimum Qualification:
Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies (Required)
