Job Summary
As a Lead Generator, you will manage a portfolio of SME (Business Banking – Enterprise) customers and contribute to sustainable growth by identifying and onboarding new clients, managing financial risks, and ensuring operational excellence.
Your role involves maximizing risk-adjusted returns while maintaining service consistency, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management (70%)
- Consult business owners on financial and credit matters
- Identify and resolve customer complaints promptly
- Cross-sell banking products based on client needs
- Actively prospect and onboard new SME clients
- Grow deposits and improve product usage rates
- Ensure proper account activation and documentation
- Conduct regular client visits and offer tailored financial solutions
- Collaborate with departments for seamless service delivery
- Monitor account health and client satisfaction
Business Development & Portfolio Quality (25%)
- Prepare and manage credit applications and risk assessments
- Monitor the Early Warning List to mitigate risks
- Maintain compliance with all risk and credit policies
- Identify high-value clients using prioritization guidelines
Staff Coordination & Risk Control (5%)
- Coordinate SME customer management within the branch
- Act as crisis coordinator if needed
- Maintain awareness of regulatory changes and internal risk controls
Required Skills & Competencies

Knowledge & Experience
- Detailed knowledge of Business Banking products and services

- Experience handling a broad SME portfolio and competitive client base
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or related field
- Additional training in risk assessment, negotiation, and communication is an advantage
