About the Role
The Strategic Execution Business Partner serves as a vital link between local operations and HQ leadership. You will ensure alignment on strategy, priorities, and execution while supporting various business functions in achieving operational efficiency and excellence. This position is ideal for someone with a strong consulting, finance, or strategy background and deep understanding of the fintech or digital banking sectors.
Core Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic link between local operations and HQ leadership, ensuring consistent alignment and communication.
- Drive accountability and monitor progress across local strategic initiatives and business priorities.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to enable seamless execution.
- Provide hands-on operational support to core departments including digital banking, fintech product, brand, and growth.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across product, marketing, operations, and commercial teams.
- Advise local leadership with strategic insights and practical execution plans.
- Deliver consistent updates and performance insights to the COO (HQ) and OPCO CEO.
- Manage clear, two-way communication between local teams and headquarters.
- Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and business reviews for executive stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive strategic goals.
- Lead and mentor Strategic Execution Business Partners across other markets, promoting performance culture and innovation.
- Support talent development and team upskilling initiatives to build internal capabilities.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or a similar field, preferably within fintech, banking, or digital finance.
- Strong knowledge of digital banking, fintech solutions, and commercial strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to execute strategy in dynamic, growth-oriented environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with or influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams is an added advantage.
