Names Selected to Join Tanzania Police Force June 2025 – Official Announcement
The Tanzania Police Force has officially announced the list of young people selected to join the force in June 2025. Those selected must prepare to report for training at the Moshi Police School within the specified dates.
Reporting Instructions for Selected Candidates
The Chief of Police directs all selected candidates to report to Moshi Police School between 12th June 2025 and 14th June 2025 to begin their training.
- Candidates interviewed in Dar es Salaam will gather at the Police Barracks parade ground on Kilwa Road (behind Kilwa Road Police Station) on 12th June 2025 at 12:00 noon for transport to Moshi Police School.
- Candidates interviewed in the mainland regions should report to their respective Regional Police Commanders on 11th June 2025 at 2:00 AM to arrange travel to Moshi.
- Those interviewed in Zanzibar (Unguja and Pemba) must report to the Zanzibar Police Headquarters in Ziwani on 11th June 2025 at 2:00 AM for travel arrangements.
Required Items to Bring for Training
All selected candidates must come equipped with the following:
- Blue tracksuit with white collar
- Plain white t-shirt
- Black rubber shoes and black socks
- Two blue sports bags and a blue metal box
- White round mosquito net (not square)
- Four light blue sheets
- Charcoal iron and one plain grey blanket (no floral patterns)
- Plastic cream-colored cup and one steel plate
- Cleaning supplies: broom with handle, two small buckets, dustpan
- National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF) card or Tsh. 50,400/= in cash for those without NHIF cards
- Original academic certificates, original birth certificate, NIDA or National Identity Card
- Copies of parents’ and close relatives’ NIDA/ID cards (father, mother, grandparents, aunts, uncles)
- Six passport-size photos (blue background)
- Five copies of each document above
- Living expenses for the training period
Important Rules and Deadlines
- Mobile phones are strictly prohibited on campus. Any candidate found with a phone will face immediate expulsion.
- Late arrivals after 14th June 2025 will not be admitted and will be considered withdrawn from the training program.
