Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support a progressive learning and performance-driven environment by ensuring raw material planning, stock accuracy, and effective supplier coordination in line with operational goals.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist with implementation of Logistics Pillar and VPO (Voyager Plant Optimization)
- Interpret production plans to ensure timely availability of raw materials
- Maintain stock accuracy in IBIS and SYSPRO systems
- Ensure data integrity for IBIS and SAP master records
- Comply with MRP KPI standards and audit requirements
- Conduct materials stock reconciliation and manage material trials
- Support regional and plant production planning processes
- Engage in both situational and systemic problem-solving related to materials
- Monitor and reduce material transfer losses
- Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, 5S practices, and raw materials housekeeping
- Lead supplier relationship management and support packaging and brewing teams
- Ensure adherence to Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes and GR/IR follow-ups
- Embed Team Work Practices (TWP) and manage by-products effectively

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing, procurement, or logistics
- Proficiency in IBIS/SYSPRO and PC literacy
- Understanding of brewing and packaging materials/processes is an advantage
