Job Purpose
This role is part of the frontline team that partners with top wholesalers at a regional level through joint business planning and effective execution of push and pull strategies. The goal is to drive profitable volume, increase market share, and meet the company’s strategic business objectives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Integrated Business Planning
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities, including competitor activity, route to market strategies, and sales/marketing activities.
- Develop integrated plans aligned with short- and long-term business goals.
- Apply brand and marketing knowledge to make informed commercial decisions.
- Align budgets to support field activities and brand visibility (CAPIN, OPEX).
- Recognize regional challenges and synthesize them into actionable plans.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Drive Profitable Volume and Share Growth
- Execute strategic plans with measurable outputs and KPI alignment.
- Maintain strong financial discipline and budget compliance.
- Lead and implement high-impact sales initiatives.
- Integrate effectively with regional and national general accounts to meet targets.
POC and Internal Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships at points of contact and address operational challenges by coordinating with logistics, finance, and other internal teams.
- Ensure top-tier customer service through seamless internal collaboration.
Team Engagement and Development
- Implement the AB InBev People Cycle with precision and timeliness.
- Build capability across individuals and teams by driving training and engagement programs.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and motivating work environment.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing; a Postgraduate qualification in Business is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role within Sales.
- Deep knowledge of in-home channels and trade schemes (IRS, SIU).
- Familiarity with local market dynamics and legal requirements.
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
