What You’ll Do

  • Support the use and optimization of the ERP system, ensuring it aligns with organizational needs.
  • Serve as a liaison between end users and technical teams, capturing requirements and translating them into system improvements.
  • Coordinate and execute finance-related system enhancements.
  • Assist with data integration and reporting tasks, including ETL processes.
  • Conduct and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.
  • Engage users across departments to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
  • Contribute to reporting, data quality monitoring, training materials, and system documentation.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree in IT and Finance or IT and Accounting.
  • Interest or background in Accounting, Business Systems, or similar areas.
  • Strong understanding of system support, reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Exposure to (or willingness to learn about) ERP systems and data management.
  • Familiarity with ETL pipelines and how data moves between systems.
  • Experience working with data (e.g., Excel, SQL, dashboards).
  • Solid documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Basic experience with user testing (UAT) and feedback collection.
  • Interest in project coordination, tracking progress, and process improvements.
