1. Commercial Manager

Job Description:
The Commercial Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all commercial activities, including procurement, logistics, and financial management. The role requires a deep understanding of business operations, market dynamics, and international trade regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee procurement activities and manage supplier relationships.
• Coordinate logistics operations, including warehousing and inventory management.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and other relevant standards.
• Lead and manage the commercial team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in commercial management, preferably in the chemical industry.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Tanzanian import/export procedures.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4 Hana is preferred.
