Educational Qualifications
University degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related fieldExperience and Skills Required
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer-related services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
Core Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Assist customers with using specific services or features based on identified needs
- Effectively resolve complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Implement automation for recurring customer queries to improve efficiency
- Conduct product testing or simulations to identify issues and report malfunctions
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the Product team for ongoing improvement
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Maintain high customer satisfaction to support positive Net Promoter Score (NPS) outcomes
- Serve as the primary support contact across all customer interaction channels
- Deliver accurate product and service knowledge as the first line of support
