Educational Qualifications

University degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field

Experience and Skills Required

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer-related services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills

Core Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Assist customers with using specific services or features based on identified needs
  • Effectively resolve complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Implement automation for recurring customer queries to improve efficiency
  • Conduct product testing or simulations to identify issues and report malfunctions
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to the Product team for ongoing improvement
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction to support positive Net Promoter Score (NPS) outcomes
  • Serve as the primary support contact across all customer interaction channels
  • Deliver accurate product and service knowledge as the first line of support
