Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking highly motivated teachers who:
- Have a passion for student development and academic excellence.
- Can develop, monitor, and evaluate lesson plans, schemes of work, lesson notes, and assessments.
- Encourage participation in Extra Curricular Activities (ECA) and act as mentors to students.
- Are dependable, ethical, and actively contribute to school life including duties, assemblies, committees, and projects.
- Aim to help students reach their full potential, both morally and academically.
Qualifications and Experience
- Must be a Tanzanian national with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field from an accredited East African university.
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at Advanced Level (A-Level) with a track record of strong performance.
- Ability to deliver NECTA curriculum content effectively using modern, student-centered teaching strategies.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English (medium of instruction). Your proficiency will be assessed.
- Ability to teach a second subject at the secondary level is an added advantage.
- A mature, ethical, and adaptable professional with a passion for education.
