Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls and hotline inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Respond to customer requests and queries from various bank channels in a timely and effective manner.
- Escalate and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high service quality by adhering to the bank’s service standards.
- Educate and advise customers about available banking products and digital platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in customer experience and process efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Technical Skills and Competencies
