Job Summary
Chem Chem Safari, an award-winning operator of luxury safari lodges, is seeking talented culinary and F&B professionals for our upcoming season. We are hiring for multiple positions across our Food & Beverage operations at our unique lodges located in a private wildlife concession.
Available Positions
- Head Chef
- Sous-Chef
- Chef de Partie
- Food & Beverage Waiters
Key Responsibilities
- Culinary Excellence: For chef positions – oversee kitchen operations, menu planning, and ensure high-quality food preparation.
- Guest Service: For waitstaff – deliver exceptional service, take orders, and ensure timely food and beverage delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Work as part of a dynamic team to maintain high service standards and innovate our F&B offerings.
- Operational Support: Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment across our luxury lodges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: Relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
- Attitude: A positive mindset with a high level of integrity.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and embrace innovation.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- For Culinary Roles: Proven culinary expertise and relevant qualifications are advantageous.
