Job Description
The Business Banker will support the Manager Acquisition in day-to-day administrative, sales, operational, and credit management functions. This role ensures that all compliance requirements are met and acts as a central office-bound contact point for the client, providing sales and service fulfilment aligned with segment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of sales, operational, and credit activities.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations.
- Serve as the primary office-based contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing sales and service support.
- Collaborate with the credit team to complete credit applications and support credit-related activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Finance and Accounting
- Field of Study: Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience Required
- Relationship Banking (Client Coverage) & Business & Commercial Banking
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience as an Account Analyst with exposure to lending principles, sales, and client servicing.
- Experience in a back-office Account Support or Customer Service Support role.
- Experience in Credit or Retail Credit Collections, handling credit applications.
- Relevant intermediary experience in respect of FAIS.
