Key Responsibilities
- Provide splendid customer service to clients in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.
- Have sufficient knowledge about the bank's products and services.
- Respond to all customer inquiries in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, code of conduct, and regulatory guidelines while discharging duties.
Daily Responsibilities
- Advise customers on financial-related issues.
- Ensure records are correctly captured.
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
Academic & Professional Requirements
- Education: O’Level & A’Level with at least a 'C' in Mathematics and English.
- Bachelor’s Degree: Business-related field.
- Professional Qualifications: Business-related.
- Master’s Degree (Optional): Business-related is an added advantage.
