ALFA Pharmaceuticals Limited is a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company located in the Mbagala Industrial Area of Dar es Salaam. We are dedicated to producing high-quality pharmaceutical products while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory standards. As part of our growing team, we are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee our production processes and ensure quality assurance.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of production management, quality assurance, and control.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage.
