NBC Kariakoo Branch is looking for motivated and hardworking individuals to join the team as Direct Sales Agents (DSA).

Job Responsibilities

• Sell bank products to customers, especially savings products, based on customer needs.
• Identify new customers and turn opportunities into successful sales.
• Plan and conduct sales meetings to achieve targets.
• Provide good customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Represent NBC professionally by following KYC regulations and reporting suspicious activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least secondary school education.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in sales and marketing is an added advantage.

• Copy of National ID (NIDA).
• Introduction letter from local government (Mtaa).
• Updated CV (Curriculum Vitae).
• TIN Certificate.
