Key Responsibilities
- Implement annual HR plans aligned with business strategy
- Develop, guide, and implement a positive and effective company culture
- Collaborate with Group HR to provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure company-wide compliance with all HR legal requirements
- Manage employee and industrial relations across the organization
- Oversee talent acquisition and selection processes
- Administer compensation and benefits
- Implement and monitor performance management and staff improvement systems
- Monitor and improve staff welfare programs
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 7 years’ professional HR experience, including 2 years in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/HRMS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, coach, and support managers
- Proven independence in decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead change
