Key Responsibilities
- Ensure new shipment pre-alerts are updated in the Shipment Status report within 48 hours
- Update the Demurrage report promptly with new shipment information
- Maintain organized records of all container interchange documents
- Manage shipping line deposit accounts and ensure timely refund processing
- Ensure containers are dropped off as per Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Follow up with shipping lines for timely issuance of Delivery Orders
- Oversee archiving of all cleared shipment documents
- Apply for demurrage waivers where applicable
- Handle additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience in the Shipping or Customs industry
- Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Ability to manage tasks under pressure
- Effective team player with capacity to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 7:20 AM – 4:20 PM
- Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
