Job Summary
The National Institute of Transport (NIT) is looking for a qualified Tutorial Assistant in Mechanical Engineering to support teaching, practical training, research, and student assessment for NTA Level 6 (Ordinary Diploma) programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach up to NTA Level 6 (Ordinary Diploma) students.
- Assist in conducting tutorial and practical exercises under supervision.
- Prepare learning resources for tutorials and practical training.
- Support research activities under close supervision.
- Conduct student assessments for NTA Level 6 programs.
- Participate in consultancy and community service projects under supervision.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (NTA Level 8) in Mechanical Engineering.
- GPA Requirement: Minimum GPA of 3.5 from a recognized institution.
Remuneration
- Salary Scale: PHTS 1.1
