Job Title: MFS Zonal Commercial Manager

Company: Mixx by Yas (Axian Group)
Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years in Fintech Commercial Operations
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute all HTMSL / Mixx by Yas initiatives at the zonal level
  • Drive MFS subscriber acquisition and revenue growth across Core Products, Financial Services, and Corporate segments
  • Support the Zonal Director in tracking key KPIs: revenue, gross additions, RGS, RGA, RGM
  • Collaborate with sales teams and the MFS Hub to acquire new corporate clients
  • Design and implement BTL and ATL marketing activities (e.g., promotions, roadshows)
  • Identify and build partnerships to extend market reach and commercial impact
  • Explore regional economic opportunities to develop new revenue streams
  • Train the zonal sales team on MFS products and selling techniques
  • Oversee MFS revenue and cost management at the zonal level
  • Coordinate with product managers and MFS Hub on go-to-market strategies
  • Work with territory managers and RSMs to ensure execution aligns with strategic goals
  • Manage smooth operational integration with strategic partners
