Standard Bank is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Officer, Sales Support to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring all new customers are welcomed effectively and are well-informed about our product features, benefits, and services.
Job Purpose
To welcome all new customers through the onboarding process using various communication channels such as telephone. This role includes responding to service-related queries and ensuring customers understand the features and benefits of key products including cheque accounts, credit cards, UCount, MyUpdates, and more.
