Job Summary
As a Lead Generator, your role is to provide specialist advice and support in daily operations in order to meet predefined objectives in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs). This role carries compensation and benefit implications in Tanzania (ABT).
Key Responsibilities
- Introduce Absa Bank’s product features to potential customers.
- Ensure customers present all required documentation per product specifications.
- Certify customer documentation and ensure all necessary forms are completed accurately.
- Forward customer applications to the sales manager for review before submission.
- Maintain safe custody of customer documentation and protect confidential information.
- Inform customers of the status of their applications.
- Gather and report market and competitor information to the Lead Generator (LG) Leadership for product improvement insights.
- Be aware of the bank's feedback and complaint channels and educate customers accordingly.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies (Required)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a customer-focused environment
- Knowledge of banking products and services will be an added advantage
