Programme Overview
Fema Mining & Drilling Limited is offering an internship programme for Heavy Duty Mechanics/Technicians as part of its initiative to enhance technical capabilities in Tanzania. This opportunity is designed to provide unemployed graduates with hands-on experience in the mining industry, helping them develop their skills and gain exposure to the labor market.
Note: This internship does not guarantee employment upon completion.

✅ Heavy Duty Mechanics / Technician (Site-based in Katoro, Geita)
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
✔ Be a Tanzanian citizen
✔ Aged between 18 – 30 years
✔ A graduate between 2020 and 2023
✔ Possess a valid certificate from VETA or a recognized institute
✔ Must be unemployed at the time of application
